Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your mug arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@hudsonthecoon.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.
Once approved, we will be happy to send a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund to the original payment method, as appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
